How to utilize the website?

Upon opening our website you will be led to a page where various categories of packages will display. Choose your desired category to see the specified packages. After choosing your package feed the information accordingly in the booking form. Once the required information is successfully submitted you will be notified via email of the confirmation of your booking.

Alternate booking option

  • If you want to book your tour directly with us then you can email us on [email protected] or you can call to our dedicated reservations department on landline +971 2 666 9800 and Mobile +971 5 0 761 0933.
  • Our office hours are Saturday to Thursday from 8:00 am to 8.00 pm (United Arab Emirates, GMT+4). Outside of these hours, we have staff processing bookings who are contactable available via email at [email protected]. Also, you can get in touch with using our social media. Once your booking is confirmed, you will get the notification email or message.


If you are going to book your tour using our website booking system then your credit card will be charged on confirmation of tour booking.

If you are using an alternate booking option (Phone or Email), in this case, we accept payment by cash to our driver on pick-up time. Also, you may pay by cash (we are accepting cash in AED, USD, and EUR) at camp by credit card/debit card.


To become a registered user you must complete our registration details in the manner described on the website. Registration is free but non-transferable. You agree to provide true, accurate and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration form. You must log into your user account in the manner required each time you wish to contribute to the Site.

Security of Personal Data

We are committed to protecting your personal information will not be shared, sold, leased or transferred your information to any third party.

Regarding your sensitive information of payment details will not be stored, shared, sold, leased or transferred with any third party.

Cancellation Policy

Once the booking is confirmed, to compensate for the cost and arrangement, the cancellation fee will apply as follows:

48 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time – NO CANCELLATION FEE

24 -48 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time – 50% of the total amount

24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time – 100% of the total amount

If the payment made through online(our website), then the charges will be applied for refund money back.
